Copyright

In very simple terms, in Australia, as a free-lance photographer, I own the photographs I take.

When I sell you a digital file or a print, I retain ownership of that photograph.

If you purchase a photograph for personal use, that is what you can use it for.  You cannot give it to someone else or use it on your business website without purchasing the commercial rights to do so. You are in breach of copyright if you do.

Commercial usage depends upon the medium being used, the market being targeted, and the duration of use. Please contact me for commercial usage pricing.

Please do not download, screenshot, or in any way share photographs from this website, Facebook, Instagram, or any other source, without permission.

More information on copyright in Australia can be found here, at the Australian Copyright Council.
